It's an unfortunate truth that we all encounter aggression and conflict on occasion. For some, this is a regular feature of their working lives.
Do you face unpleasant or frightening situations at work? Are you required to deal with angry or threatening people?
If your answer is ‘yes’, our Safe and Sound programme has been designed for you.
Complete this programme and you will feel ready to manage challenging conversations and circumstances. The next time you find yourself in a situation that could erupt into conflict, you’ll be prepared. You’ll know what to say and do to avoid trouble and keep yourself safe. Above all, you will feel more confident in your decision making, especially when it comes to leaving a tricky situation.
